There are some addicts planning an LSD this Sunday, starting from the Bukit Aman carpark at 6 am. The menu is at least 20K.
If you wish to run with them, just be there. Don't worry, runners are friendly and they always welcome new friends who share the same passion. Besides, LSDs are easier to do in a group.
If it's your first time running from Bukit Aman to Hartamas you might want to bring your own water and some loose change to buy drinks at the Petronas station in Hartamas.

June, I'm also slow. We usually start together but soon get separated. But we regroup somewhere lah, and of course we'll wait for everbody at the end. But if I run with Klang gang, there's always someone running with me. Meaning they have to sacrifice, hehe. PBIM half la, catch you there.
Ija, see you tomorrowlah. Last week we missed each other at Bkt Aman nampaknya. I sempat jumpa Rashid and Tini.
Ahh ok then won't feel too imposing on the group - slow slow you haza am still minutes behind trailing you based on ur times and mine ha ha - am not going PBIM cousin's akad on same day and this cannot miss !
